This includes integrating the Reference Data Library into the User Data Collaboration System and Central Data System, ensuring seamless data access and utilization. Additionally, training sessions are conducted to acquaint staff with the RDL, facilitating its proper usage within the organizational context and ensuring optimized data management and access across all relevant systems.

Evaluating existing data, a meticulous strategy is devised for its migration, which includes determining which data to migrate and planning for the process through a detailed strategy that encompasses steps, resources, and timelines. The selected data undergoes meticulous mapping and transformation to align with established standards and the new Central Data System. Simultaneously, stringent quality assurance practices are enacted to validate the migrated data for accuracy and consistency.
